The Future of Philanthropy
Fundraising and philanthropy are evolving rapidly, creating both new challenges and new opportunities for community-based organizations. Join colleagues from across the network for an interactive session focused on the future of fundraising and philanthropy.
The first half of this session will engage participants in a collaborative discussion to identify the key barriers, drivers, and opportunities influencing fundraising success today and in the years ahead. Together, we will explore emerging trends, share experiences, and discuss strategies for strengthening philanthropic support across our organizations and communities.
The second half of the session will feature a conversation on the changing funding landscape. Participants will gain insights into how economic, policy, and community factors are shaping foundation priorities and grantmaking decisions, the challenges funders are currently navigating, and the opportunities they see for future investment and impact. We will also discuss how public and private funding work together to advance shared goals and create sustainable community impact at health centers.
This session is designed for fundraising professionals, executive leaders, grant writers, and anyone interested in understanding and shaping the future of philanthropy.

Allison Gruber is Vice President and leader of Cambia Health Foundation, the corporate foundation of Cambia Health Solutions. She leads the Foundation's work to improve health and well-being across the communities it serves through strategic grantmaking, nonprofit partnerships, and community engagement. Prior to joining the Foundation, Allison led enterprise strategy initiatives at Cambia Health Solutions focused on innovation to improve health outcomes, experience, and affordability for millions of health plan members across the country. She previously spent more than a decade at Deloitte advising nonprofit and corporate leaders on strategy, operations, and organizational effectiveness. Allison is passionate about building partnerships that connect community needs with sustainable solutions.
