Topics will include loan repayment programs, barrier reduction resources and supports from 3R NET (jobsite hosting platform and resource guide for health care professionals) will be shared.

Faith is the Workforce Advisor for WA State Department of Health in the Workforce and Primary Care Systems Office and the Washington State 3RNET Network Coordinator. As the workforce advisor, she assists health care facilities in recruiting professionals for rural and urban underserved areas of the state. During her time at DOH, Faith has been integral in recruitment and training services to healthcare professionals and in supporting healthcare facilities.
