 October 15, 8:00 - 11:00 AM & October 16, 8:00 - 11:30 AM

This annual training will help you understand the who, where, what and how of UDS reporting! During this training, you will:

• Gain an understanding of what is needed in UDS reporting including: the patient profile, reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators, operational and financial tables, and other required UDS reporting forms.
• Learn about the new requirements that are included in 2025 reporting.
• Hear tips for success including strategies for submission.
• Receive valuable resources that provide further reporting guidance and what support is available to you.
